Costumer service was outstanding no doubt, I got a call from them to tell me that they were out of many things that I ordered, so they offered me other options, which I really appreciated, and I took one of the options, but when the order arrived it arrived incomplete, so I ended up paying almost $60 for a box of strawberries….and the donuts they offered me to replace what I had ordered previously were not added to the order. 😭 (Im going to think that was because of the rush of that day)

Jacob was delightful to work with and made a wonderful suggestion for my last minute Mothers Day gift! Thank you for always being so dependable and willing to please !

Placed an order for a baby shower. Jacob provided excellent customer service and offered several options. The entire process was stress free and the results were completely satisfactory

The manager from the store Jacob, had contacted me because of an issue and come to find out it was my mistake and he was very understanding and I appreciate the time he took to call me and even to make it right for me even if it was my mistake. I continue to do my business with them!!! Thanks Jacob!!!!

Beautiful strawberries

Very disappointing. I ordered an expensive fruit arrangement for my daughter and son in law for their first Easter as a married couple and my daughter's first Easter away from her family. I ordered it to be delivered on 3/29/24. I got confirmation that hit had been delivered. My daughter had not received so I called back and talked to Megan who said that the uber drivers some time take it for themselves. I asked if she could call and check on the uber driver and she said she had no way to follow up. She said she would send another one the following day. I asked who would deliver it and she said uber but there is no way to verify if it will arrive. I asked about a discount for my inconvenience and she said she could not do that and her manager Jacob was gone for the next week. Horrible service. Ruined the surprise. Would not recommend this company. First time I've ever used them and this is the experience. They have no way to ensure their product is actually delivered. This was a $120 gift so I assume they lose a lot of money as Megan said this happens from time to time. Im now ordering another gift from another company and hope it arrives by Easter.

1st time customer and last time customer here. This is the reason why. It has been 3 weeks since my wife called about having mold on our arrangement after having it in our fridge for a day. Spoke to a shiloh and explained the situation and offered to take it in so they could see mold growing on it. They told us don't worry about it and that they would issue a refund. Never heard back. Called a few days later because we were told we would get a call back from a Mgr. Another week goes by and nothing. I call back today and spoke to a Mgr named Jacob. Explained what happened a third time and who we spoke to. He advised me that shiloh no longer works for him and if I had taken pictures proving there was mold. I told him we offered to take it back the 1st time we called to show them. He said he needed pictures. He then said he was going to refund it. Before I could get any information on who I spoke to, he hung up. Called back and wanted to know who I spoke to, and he rudely said his name and his position. Then, when I started to tell himself about how rude his actions were, he hung up. I called back and was hung up on. I called back again, and some woman answered the phone and said he was out of the store. All I wanted to for the to correct of refund money I spent with them. Make it right. I will update to see if I get anything back but as of right now, nothing has been done.
