I just went to the store, just to drop in and see what was going on. And the workers were so kind. They offered me a free sample. We ended up chatting about my wedding and they brought me another special treat. They were so personable and let me tell you the chocolate covered fruit was absolutely delicious. I had the white chocolate and the normal chocolate and it was so amazing!

Place a order online January 28th 2024
After over a hour I checked on my status of the order since it was supposed to be delivered that same day. I saw my order was received, but not started. I called to speak to someone at their local store in Eugene Oregon. But my surprise their voicemail stated that their store is temporarily closed. I tried calling there 1-800 number that is given to you on their website and I received the same voicemail saying that their store is temporarily closed. I went ahead and went to my profile to request a cancellation and refund of my order and when I went to type out my reasoning why I was canceling and asking for a refund it would not allow me to submit my cancellation form. The following day I tried again to contact the store and it was the same voicemail stating that their store is temporarily closed. They need to post on their website that their Eugene Oregon store is temporarily closed and shut off the ability to make a purchase through them online. Otherwise they are just taking money and not giving any products or merchandise and that is not appropriate or professional of a business. Please if you're reading this and you are the owner of edible arrangements make an announcement on your website that's a Eugene Oregon store is temporarily closed and please shut off the ability to take payments from people because you took $55 from me and now I'm going through the bank to try to get my money back. it's a headache that was not needed.
I called my local store regarding a sympathy arrangement for the family of a dear member of our care team. Rocky was very helpful and so cheerful in a time that I'm just heartbroken. He truly went above and beyond providing that much-appreciated extra service. Kudos to a great Eugene store!
Everything says this location is open on Saturdays. Drove into town and the store was locked up and no one is answering the phone. ??

I am very disappointed in their service. Ordered ahead of time for Father's day with specific instructions to deliver Friday. They assured me that could easily be done. Not only did they not deliver on Friday, it was late Sunday before they texted that the delivery could not be completed because the main office for my Father's care home was not open which is exactly what had been discussed with them on order. VERY POOR Service!!!
Went in to get my free birthday gift. The guy working there tried to look up my information gave him both my phone number and email apparently I don’t have an account with them (which I obviously do) he wasn’t very helpful didn’t seem like he cared about anything. Then goes on to say “I think you have to be a member for a year to get the free birthday gift” then I said ok then walked out.
