Edible Arrangements

We ordered a fruit platter late Saturday afternoon to pick up at 4:30 the same day. My phone rang and it was Edible Arrangements on the other end. The first thought that went through my head was we ordered to late and they are calling to cancel but to my surprise, they were calling to let me know they had run out of bananas and wanted to know what I would like instead. I was so elated to see that they had gone above and beyond and included a few extra fruits to make up for lack of just a few banana pieces!! Customer service at its best! It was the best platter we have ever had and will keep us coming back. Thanks for making our weekend Cambridge Edible Arrangements

The best fruit basket I have ever ordered yet. Last week I send a gift from you guys to my friend and they were happy to taste the fresh fruits covered with chocolates. The strawberries covered with chocolate syrup was the best. I recommended this to my friends as well.
