When it got delivered fruit was warm chocolate strawberries were soggy!!!

I just ordered a Bunny platter for my kids Easter this year. I had issues ordering online so I had to call in & order, the price was completely different. I have to pay for a delivery fee when online it states free next day delivery. Looks like this place has had issues with the fruit arriving fresh & late delivery. I'm keeping my fingers crossed everything goes smoothly with my order! I will update my review & adjust accordingly when I receive the order.

I came to pickup my order and the little girl working up front was extremely rude like I was interrupting her and has no customer skills at all. Simple mutual respect for as a long way. I don't expect much. I definitely won't me coming here again.

Shoutout to the Edible Arrangements delivery person who went above & beyond today to get my order delivered to my daughters! They were having a Grand ReOpening of their comedy club, Dry Heat, in downtown and I’d sent an arrangement to them to celebrate. The driver was SO helpful and so kind, making sure the order was delivered despite some difficulties. A great place to do business with!! Thank you!!

they offer same day delivery. didnt happen, even though they charged us extra for that. there was no communication about not being able to deliver same day. We called next day and no one knew what was going on. lady on the phone said we should get it refunded or we can wait to see when it would be delivered. we waited all day again, no delivery. we got a refund. SMH

Nothing like a rotten strawberry on top to make you think "edible?" This thing arrived a day late, and it showed. Melon had that tang and texture like the last piece at a buffet. The bottom of the bag was awash in old juice. This location isn't doing the brand any favors.

Fruit was fresh but not as sweet as I remember they used to be. Better off just making your own. Not worth the high price.

Very poor customer service! Had a delivery scheduled and the driver did not make it to the location in time. I gave a new address for delivery and driver call the recipient of the gift and was very rude. After calling to reschedule, the representative on the phone blamed me for the delay and was told the company took a loss on the order because they had to make 2 separate trips.

Placed an order. After the day the arrangement was supposed to be delivered. I contacted the store for them to then say, "It will be delivered tomorrow." A week later, nothing. Finally just called to get my money back. It's not worth it..

Angelo did a great job delivering my order. And Monica made a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend. We are so happy and grateful for their hard work! Thanks guys!!
