I'll just say it... $44 for 6 scallops seems borderline criminal. Way too overpriced. I can't fathom eating there unless the company card is picking up the tab. Ridiculous. Drink prices no better. That said... Natalie was an amazing and beautiful server. A+. The jazz-ish band was great. Had a great time.

Went there on my anniversary and had a great experience! We notified them when making reservations and they gave us dessert and decorations.. now the food was very good from appetizers to drinks to dessert..the service was amazing and I am not easily impressed.. my only complaint was the noisy guests at the next table. They had live music and it was nice! I will go back!

My visit was marred by a significant lack of communication regarding the availability of menu items and a subsequent discrepancy in the compensation offered for the inconvenience. Upon arriving at your establishment and perusing the menu, I eagerly decided to order the King Crab. To my dismay, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed by our server that the King Crab was unavailable. It was disheartening to learn that the kitchen had been out of this item for two hours, yet this information was not communicated to me promptly upon placing my order. This lack of transparency resulted in unnecessary waiting time and frustration. Seeking clarification and resolution, I requested to speak with a manager. Although the manager acknowledged the situation, I was taken aback by the inadequate compensation offered. While I was assured that my order would be compensated, upon receiving the bill, I discovered that only my dessert and wine were taken care of. As a loyal patron of Eddie V's, I expected better communication and customer service standards. The failure to inform me of the unavailability of the King Crab in a timely manner and the discrepancy in compensation have left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

It was my wife's birthday and she wanted to some place nice. We have been to Eddie Vs in Tampa FL and enjoyed it, so we decided on this location in Uptown Charlotte. What a great choice! From the moment we arrived, the team welcomed us and made sure Lisa felt welcomed and celebrated on her day. Mel, our server, was attentive and welcoming. She set the pace of our courses in accordance with our schedule. We were not in a hurry and were not rushed in any way. Learning we were from Florida, she let the manager who was from our area know, and he came out and spent time sharing stories about our shared communities. The meal was awesome as always, and the Lemon Tart was incredible. Oh yes, valet parking was complimentary and that was very helpful as well! Thank you all for a wonderful evening!

Max was an excellent waiter. The food was delicious as always.
