My husband and I had a craving for cheesecake so we went and got 5 of the slices of different cheesecake flavors and sampled them all together and let me just say they were all delicious and fresh. The counter girls were very helpful and I definitely will be back.

Clean, lots to pick from, pretty sweets, nice deli. A little expensive, though.

Been buying bread from them for years. No other bakery can beat their quality.

Over priced

I'm so disappointed. I ordered a cake for my coworker from East Detroit Bakery because it's her favorite. When I placed the order I was asked if I wanted flowers or balloons on it. I chose flowers. I expected to have colorful flowers not brown and the white lettering is awful. This cake, in my opinion, is ugly and drab. If I had the time this morning when I picked it up I would have made them fix it. This is not what a $40 cake should look like. To say that I am embarrassed to show my coworker is an understatement. When I picked it up I told them I was disappointed.
