Andrew was awesome! Great service and food.

The restaurant has hit rock bottom in terms of service. the waiters are very rude and slow. I asked a girl with dark hair for a clean plate; she didn’t bring it to me, although we were sitting opposite a table with plates. the second waiter is also a slow guy with a dissatisfied face. I felt uncomfortable, it felt like they didn’t want us in this restaurant. both the girl and the guy had mine faces. we pay a lot and the attitude was as if we were homeless from the street. although in our country we all have the same status. The food is still so-so okay, but the waiters with their minely, dissatisfied faces didn’t add any appetite. There is no respect for the client at all. The restaurant is where you're going, hire normal, friendly, kind workers. price and quality do not match such waiters don’t deserve a penny tip. they didn't want to serve us at all. I will never come again in my life. Even your front door people not nice place was empty do many tables and she say it fast we have reservation place was empty , believe me we not enjoy sit there longer

The food and service is fantastic. We often go to this location for family dinners. The kitchen made a mistake with a couple orders, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the manager, Chris. Him and his staff provide a great service to ensure you always satisfied and feel welcome back.

Andrew was great! Great service, was very fun and attentive and was able to make funny jokes with our table. Good job Andrew keep it up!

Always excellent service at Earls! This is no fault of the staff’s, but I have noticed the general quality of the food has gone down over the years. Everything used to taste quite fresh and you couldn’t go wrong with any of their mains. Since Covid, I feel they have switched to a more profitable model. Most of their dishes feel like they come pre-frozen, it’s safer to go with appies and dessert in my opinion. This is not the fault of management or the serving staff, however and more of a misstep on head offices part.
