Tonkotsu of the West and Shoyu Chicken of the East. Our signature IEKEI style ramen is served with thick straight noodles that are specially created for us. No one has our formula and it is served with our broth that is created only after 17 hours of tender loving care. Topped off with juicy chashu, aji-tama, and spinach. Yes, spinach.
