d'Vine Wine Bar

I Had dinner on the patio with friends. Only one of the heat devices was lit. I inquired about the three others because the temperature was dropping as we ate, I was told they were out of propane for the night. I know there are SOP, but when you have a full patio and it is getting colder, maybe getting a refill at the local Walgreens is a good way to provide better service to your customers. Also, our waiter was not friendly nor attentative. I asked for water for me and my date. He offered me water from people that previously sat there with the group thought they did not drink it. I told him one had lip stains on it. He said I'll bring you one glass. My date had to request two fresh glasses of water. When we placed our order, he told us that everyone ordered appetizers, are we sure we want to order an entree now. Our table had 12 glasses too many. He never removed any. He brought the birthday girl her food, but there was no cleared space for it. I asked for him to placed it on the empty table behind us until we had room. He placed her dish on our flatbread board that still had food on it. Overall, his service left much to be desired.

Always a great time! Best restaurant in Cypress by a country mile. Please don't ever close! At this point it feels like a second home.

The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and the food had a nice presentation. I had the steak and mashed potatoes for dinner. I recommend the bruschetta as the appetizer and the crème brûlée for dessert. It was amazing!
