Dutch Bros Coffee

Took over 15 minutes to make two drinks. They spent way more time talking and giggling with each other. No greeting or happy faces like it used to be. Only time she smiled was when a male coworker came and greeted her. Handed me the drinks without saying what they were or to have a nice day. Customer service is terrible at this location. Would rather drive to one of the other ones.

Drinks are amazing

Typical Dutch Brothers, there's almost always a line! Staff, over all, is very friendly. Sometimes, it can be a bit slow. They do their best to streamline.

This place needs more staff the guy who took our order was so rude did not give us a chance to use points. Slowest service ever They come to your car but you do not get a chance to look at the menu because thier is not one further out.the wait time is insane Maybe someone should run orders rather then have you set in line for an hour. Totally unorganized.

Worst drive thru ever.. there are two lines but the right lane is usually not used... so every one makes line on the left lane only for new arivals to jump to other line and get service alot faster.if their was two employees to order from then that would be different. made line for 15 min LETS JUST LET EVERY ONE CUT THEN. ......besides that love the place! People are great. Customer service great!

Waited in line for 20 min. Noone came to our window. Just the other line. Was very frustrating.
