Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee place! I really am enjoying their protein milk drinks or having the option for it in my iced latte. Always great service, just really really really really slow. So be ready to wait. Still love em.

So, I really really love going to this place.for Christmas I even gifted their staff a Lego set cause of how much I adore their customer service, but recently I've experienced a shift which definitely isn't their usual vibe. It's always this one brorista and I feel awkward giving em my order like I'm a problem or I am not prepared enough.

Got a Blue Raspberry Watermelon blended Rebel tasted just like Sour Patch Watermelon gummies. Already half gone by the time I thought to take a picture. The blonde gal at the window was awesome. We need more people like her in the world.

My go to for energy drinks!! The staff here is so nice!

I'll definitely be back, as the actual products have great taste and genuinely are good. However, last time took nearly 30 mins to get to the window and get our order (2 iced coffee's). Attendant was polite, but it really was too much wait time at 3 in afternoon with very few cars in line. Probably just an off day, will try again and update to more stars if situation improves.

Great drinks but it takes forever to get through the line. All the staff is great but they need substantial optimization! It took me 25 mins to get a drink which is way too long for a drive through. Nonetheless, good drinks but I’m afraid I won’t return until things get better.

Very very disappointed in this location. They are open until 11pm and I show up at 9:30pm and they are closed. Absolutely ridiculous they are not open. I am very dissatisfied with this location in general. I used to live closer to the derby one and they are always open till when they say. Also very friendly, this location is a few steps down definitely. If they are going to not be open till when they are supposed to, they should post it or change their hours.

Don’t go here if you want an actual quality drink with decent customer service. Ordered a plain hot latte in the drive thru. The girl made it iced but I politely reminded her it was supposed to be hot she said she would remake it. She left the drive thru window open so we could watch and hear what came next. Instead of remaking the drink, even at the prompting of her coworkers to do so, she instead drained of the ice and used the milk steamer to heat the drink up and poured it into a hot cup saying, “It’s the same thing.” The drink was lukewarm and tasted watered down. I won’t waste my time or money here again.
