Dutch Bros Coffee

Not only was the woman at the window rude and shoved a straw into my hand because I told her a normal straw instead of the bubble tea ones, but when I told her my tea was not right she got an attitude and took it back then gave it back to me and stated “ there” in between this a woman came to the window to yell to the other lady outside with cars about how they’re out of gold sprinkles! Right in my ear ! Then my drink tasted AWFUL I had to throw it away - it was like an awful water! I won’t return here again

Charged for the wrong drink (charged more). It was remade and then given to me in the wrong cup. When I questioned it they told me it was how I ordered it. Then a greasy headed kid rolled his eyes like it any of this was my fault. Wish I could take back my tip.

Update: 3/15/2024 it’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but today they totally missed it. 2 very simple drinks similar but different were both made the same. When I asked which was which the barista was confused. She said they are the same. She said “oh you wanted whipped cream on one”. I said “no one was a mocha one was a truffle”. She looked at me confused and said “I made them both the same, here” I don’t like Carmel! I won’t drink a truffle. I wanted and ordered a mocha and she just couldn’t understand. —— Old review: Always good coffee!! They get my convoluted sugar free low carb order correct every time. I can’t say that for all locations and we have visited literally hundreds of sites. This remodeled coffee shop is very comfy inside for the days we walk. I love the staff coming out to preorder while we are waiting in the drive up line; makes it a short wait.
