Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros has been my favorite place in Harlingen. The original staff even knew my order by memory. Ever since they sent our staff to San Benito Dutch Bros the service is slow and the drinks have not been the same. I tried going today after church to pick up my fav drink and give them another chance but they took too long to take my order or even acknowledge me so I decided to leave. So disappointing I will be trying the one in San Benito today. I went from a every day customer to maybe only once a week if I even do that.

Stupid lazy dude didn't enter my phone # while purchasing causing me to miss out on points smfh yet had the audacity to ask for a tip

Omg their coffee is delicious. A lot of deep flavor not bitter like the other guys.

Moms got a marshmallow foam topped blue cotton candy shake and mine was a recommended strawberry shake with hazelnut and the same topping, I loved it definitely tastes like captian crunch cereal lol. The service was awesome I can tell you all aren't from SB lol thank you all so much if yalls drink sucked I'd still go back with service yall gave but everything is a 10 lol so stafe safe yall♡

The other night, i arrived at Dutch bros at 9:30 with a very big line, maybe 6-7 cars ahead of us but I was sure that it would get moving because it’s a drive thru place. It’s reaching ten and I’m thinking “I’m sure they’re going to treat the rest of the customers that were waiting for a long time.” They didn’t. They told us that they closed at 10 and that there was nothing they could. I understand if it was been 9:59 and I pulled up, but I spent 30 minutes in a very very slow line. Of course, I understand not having enough people and I understand that I was the one to get in a long line, but they could’ve moved a lot faster. Over all, horrible experience.
