Dutch Bros Coffee

Not a fan lived in Grants Pass the Home of Dutch Bros. And wouldn’t drink it there hasn’t changed any since it moved across country. Workers are always great!

I was so excited when I saw Dutch was coming to Edmond. Being from AZ, Dutch was a regular thing for me back home. However, after coming to this location multiple times, I think I finally just have to kick the habit all together. The service here is horrible. Sometimes you get a nice employee, but then others have such an attitude that it ruins any good feelings you have. Plus they are so incredibly slow! Back home, they could clear a line wrapping around the building in minutes. Here, you better carve out 20 min if you see a couple people ahead of you.

Messed up my order didn't have time to wait for 20 cars again to get right.

Been there 4 times in a row they got my wife's order wrong all 4 times. We'll just start going to different locations.

I hate that I didn’t get his name, but The young man working the drive-thru tonight 1-4-24 around 930pm-940ish deserves a raise! He was truly amazing and after a long, hard day at work, it was great to laugh. He was awesome from start to finish! I work at big lots right beside Dutch bros, and everyone is always super sweet and knows me by name. But this guy topped it with his amazing upbeat personality! Thank you for the great experience once again! People like him are what make Dutch bros an awesome place and keeps people coming back!
