Love there coffee,1000 times better than Starbucks

I come over to this location almost every day for my regular coffee and I cannot appreciate the staff more!! They are always so friendly and welcoming and never get my order wrong. Thank yall so much!

I’m not someone who writes reviews usually, but the shift leader on staff here was extremely rude. I ordered three drinks; 2 on one order and another separately. She refused to refund me for the drink bought separately saying she couldn’t find the order. How in the world would I have gotten the drink if it was never ordered? I used my Dutch pass to order. She told me that she wouldn’t speak with me until I was polite while being extremely rude. I was trying to be polite but she refused to listen. She told me she couldn’t refund a drink that wasn’t bad. I told her one of the first order was terrible too. She told me she couldn’t refund a drink that was good. I told her to refund the bad one then. She said no one was complaining but when I was ordering the second order someone else was complaining about the drinks here. I told her to forget the refund for the second order. She walked away after saying I refunded it. Bye.The drinks were terrible and the service was horrible.
