Came through the line today and guy that took my order was talking in a British accent and it made me and my girlfriend laugh. Very fun vibes at this location!

Basically paying 7 bucks for hot milk

Disorganized, lacking professionalism, and disrespectful. There are two lanes, smart people choose the shorter line. There is one representative taking orders who stayed in the long line. Who took the shorter lines orders. Providing directions to wait for the long line to be served before the others. When I confronted the representative, her response was full attitude and justified her actions and words by saying they pulled into the property first. If the drivers didn't follow her direction the staff inside would be confused. Find a different location or coffee shop. This location is not beneficial.

First impressions are everything. Unfortunately, for this location, I did not have a good first impression. Yes, they are busy however their manager Margo cannot run her team well. While sitting in the drive thru, she was very busy talking with a young lady with blonde stripes in her hair, while the rest of the employees were busy making drinks. When there was interaction with the other employees, she was not very nice to them and it was written all over her face. I would hate to have my manager treat me like that.

Expensive but good

Came in tonight because I’ve been doordashing with my fiance all day and the barista looked upset that we showed up and also my whole cup was filled with ice barely any drink I am extremely disappointed because I have a generous tip also I said have a great night even though I was not treated properly and no response just a shut door never coming back to this location ever again

Delicious! Long lines. Park, and go to the window. They have to make window orders first.
