Dunkin'

Ordered a frozen mocha coffee. Didn't get whip cream and wasn't asked so thought maybe things had changed since I hadn't been there in a while. Should have tasted it in the store. It tasted like it had no coffee in it at all. What a complete waste of money, won't go back. They used to be good.

Not the friendliest Dunkin I've been too and the donuts were just OK. Probably won't go back to this location when passing through again.

They ran out of donuts

I was at Dunking this morning like every morning before work but today Mr Santos was there drive thru window and he was rude with no costumer service whatsoever. Please Mr “santos” if you DO NOT like the job you were hired to do pls find a job somewhere else where you do not have to deal with customers, being upset and having an attitude with customers because your were busy this morning doing YOUR job is no excuse.

They don't have much here at this location. Probably won't be back.

About low average donut shop. Staff were friendly. Only 1 bathroom with a toilet seat well sprinkled. Uninspiring menu.

Fritter was dry and smaller than a donut, munchkins were rock hard, dry and no glaze, worst dunkin experience. The only thing drier was the desert outside. Embarrassing and sad. Dunkin donuts should look into this location. Got a call from manager Santos, spoke with him in detail and will be fixing issues. Very nice that he reached out and was very apologetic for the instance. He does manager multiple stores, showed dedication and empathy.. and invited us back... Great job sir. Thank you

Good pitstop heading east or west. Good coffee, mostly clean restroom in the back and easy parking.

8:30 AM! Ordered 2 bagels.. waited 5 minutes she hands them to me ROCK HARD. I give them back to her, she calls the manager over and I ask her for 2 fresh ones, that are edible because these were literally, not edible, the MANAGER then hands me 2 that were even harder and i watched them wipe the cream cheese off the first ones and rub it on the replacements rather than giving me fresh cream cheese. Disgusting. I left them there. Whoever handles Quality control here needs to step up because this DD is consistently horrible with everything except donuts. I’m writing to whoever owns this franchise because the manager sucks at this location and they need to toss old food NOT sell it. I was a DD fan for years and NEVER AGAIN. My husband said why do you keep going there when they always give you stale food? Frys is next door, they have FRESH bagels!
