It's Dunkin. There's barely a bad experience unless it's a specific location. There are a couple, I won't mention. I usually order in the app and go through the drive thru. This Dunkin is one of the better choices. They will make your coffee right every single time, like they read the tickets on the cup or something, I don't know, magic.
This Dunkin has consistently great food and iced coffee. Even more impressively, the employees are always friendly and efficient. I almost always have a pleasant experience, though sometimes the parking lot is stressful due to the volume of traffic in a small space. Parking: It can be challenging to get in and out of parking spots due to the drive thru line wrapping around the whole building.
We love cincy-dayton Road Dunkin Place. They are so nice, quick, and mostly accurate with your order and they DON'T charge you $1 for a small pup cup as the Lebanon Rd branch does. We don't mind driving a couple more miles to get to this branch instead of Lebanon Rd which is next to us.
I have been here before while traveling through Cincinnati. Today however was not a good day for service here. I was the only customer INSIDE the store. There was not anyone working the register. ALL EMPLOYEES were working on servicing only the drive through customers. I bet they have a great drive through here with great service. No so great inside. They were looking at me but NO ONE came over to take my order. It's like nobody cared I was there so I left my soda on the counter and walked out. I went to a different Dunkin a couple more exits towards Piqua. They got the sale.
Always go through the drive-thru. I waited for my kids to go in and get their drinks and I think 20 cars went through the drive-thru while I waited.
Coffee was hot n fresh, along with browns. Parking: Spacious
