Terrible customer service! The girls at the window need basic customer service training! Unfriendly and poor attitude!
Ordered half of dozen donuts through their app to Find out when I arrived that they only had 2 of the kinds I ordered only. Very disappointed! Requested a full refund waiting for a response through the app. Need some adjustments to the app to allow the correct inventory to be displayed. Wasted time.
The dude at the front counter just stared at us for a good minute then walked away when I was about to order. No greeting and was totally rude. The selection was terrible too. Do not recommend this Dunkin and hope the manager talks to that employee.
These young folks are workers! Always great!
Drive-thru was SLOW. We went inside instead and that was Not better. Just as SLOW. I person was working in the front counter and he was Slow. There is No incentive to earn the new $20 hourly rate and these companies have to cut back on staffing to help maintain labor costs. Both impact customer costs and customer satisfaction. Btw we ended up leaving without getting and food.
Donuts get sent from san diego in plastic rap . Ships overnight taste like day old donuts. 7 Eleven is better. And that's saying something.
Drinks are OK. Food is not my preference
