As much as I love coffee and most of the time, I get the right order with the adjustments when applicable. Occasionally, I ordered Iced Macchiato and some changes/add, however they didn't follow what I asked. How would they measure ice to fill from no, light, standard, to more??? See an attached picture, do they confuse less ice for standard ice? I recommend that they test how to measure ice to fill based on the size of the cup. Checklist: 0) no ice 1) less/light ice 2) standard ice 3) more/extra ice
