They were out of everything bagels at 10:00 am. So I ordered a regular bagel and it was burnt to a crisp. That was 5 bucks down the drain

The employees are ALWAYS in a good mood. A few employees know my complicated order by heart. They are also great with kids. Kid-friendliness: They take their time and help kids choose what they want
