They should really hire some more people ain't nothing worse than waiting 20 minutes for a cup of coffee that's ridiculous.

S-L-O-W-E-S-T Dunkin, EVER! I ordered my coffee and itc was repeated back to ne wrong, then I ordered food and the response I got was "no bacon", so I asked for clarification and got a really rude response.

Expect a 30 min wait. Everything will be out of stock. They will just give you whatever they have despite what you order bc they’re always out of everything. No creamer, no milk, no wraps, no hash browns, no donuts. And this is at 8 am for over a week straight.

The young gentleman who took my order and helped me in the was Extra refreshing!!! N the text book experience for how great customer service is supposed to be! He was very helpful and the other young man behind him working. The only part that didn't give 5/5/5 *'s was there was so much food they were out of. This worker made up 10fold ! He kept me customize my frozen coffee into the new Valentine's Day special drink with shot of espresso! With absolutely NO ATTITUDE INVOLVED! I can be a real pain In the A*$. Most times. He was able to do with a smile on his face and patience like I've never seen. I didn't feel like I was "BOTHERING" him! It's people like this man in the the food/customer service/retail business etc that should be recognized and rewarded for their efforts and giving 150% every day to make a customers' day and personal experience a little better! Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids and a little treat to treat them and the parent

It's drive thru only, service is always slow as death. People are polite though. Just clearly understaffed for the volume.

Very bad service at this location what I ordered they did not have and when I got something else in its place it was way to sweet to drink I ended up throwing it away they did not offer a refund at all just a replacement the donuts tasted like very bad oil they were not good at all also while I was in the parking lot a man started to approach my vehicle very bad location
