Very nice and understanding my son has autism and can't speak but they always know what donuts he wants and are always available and are cool when he goes back and order more hashbrowns

decent. i come here very often (once to twice a week) because its less then a mile from me. and usually walk in or free coffee orders come out tasting like gasoline. but drive thru expensive orders come out good! wouldnt recommend. honestly just make it at home or goto another one. theyre ghetto. (food is tiny never get dunkin food)

The worst food establishment in Syracuse. The employees are extremely rude towards customers and they don’t even try to hide their contempt.

I was stupid enough to go this location. It wasn't worth the time, money & energy to get coffee from them. It deserves ZERO stars. The employees are very rude, disrespectful & unprofessional from the get go for no reason. I should've drove off as soon as they gave me an attitude. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone, screw it. Go to the different DD location to get a better customer service experience. ☆☆☆☆☆
