Dunkin'

This is a small place with tight parking spaces and the long drive-thru line that wraps around the building makes pulling out of your parking spot difficult. The food is good (when they don't run out), but the service especially in-store is questionable

I love this dunkin, got my usual coffee today and it was perfect, satisfied as usual. I love how they actually have tumblers here and a fireplace in their lobby. Definitely only go to this location when in the area.

They never fixed mobile app ordering availability (been months). I usually do group order coffee and donut runs for my company, and I like to place everyone’s order ahead and have it ready when I arrive. That way I won’t hold up the line when I have to explain all the orders and customize coffees to them for like 15 mins.

horrible service, i asked them to add a little vanilla to my drink and the girl that took it looked like it was a big inconvenience and it was definitely NOT service with a smile!

Hire people who aren’t insanely miserable. Told the girl at the drive thru window to have a nice day and she rolled her eyes and completely ignored me. Gross.

Very slow paced and it was not busy clutter in front of register didn't even know it was a register mop laying on floor
