Fantastic experience! Efficient teamwork, quick service, and delicious food, donuts, and coffee. The barista nailed my coffee, and the customer service was exceptional. Great way to begin our trip home!
The manager should be disappointed in himself belittling his staff the was he was with a long line. Due to the managers poor planning they were out of all bagels expect everything at 730 this morning. When the cashier informed me he had already put it in the system and asked the manager for a void override. The manager was on the phone in everyone’s way and said to whoever he was on the phone with sorry there’s an employee that constantly needs voids all day. I myself was a manager for dunkin for 10 years and the manager is a full representation as to why this location is failing.
Shockingly good experience for me. Maybe because I wasn't in a rush so didn't mind the wait. Stephanie was super kind to the customers even while on her break. I heard her telling customers "have a good flight" and "enjoy your meal" as they walked by her. Watching the orders coming out though, I must say the coffee looks crazy diluted. Glad I ordered a refresher instead.
The coffee seemed watered down. Donut is okay.
Don’t accept Dunkin rewards and seem to need a training on how to do food orders, getting multiple orders all mixed up, entering orders wrong etc.
Super slow service I order eggs and cheese
But they are out of eggs , then I order an avocado toast but it’s not proper cook .
Disaster. Tool ages to prepare my drink, the manager told me they operate by number and couldn't even tell me what drink was in front of him. Ruined Dunkin brand for me. Should have stuck to Starbucks.
I don’t think people on the west coast understand that Dunkin is supposed to be quick. This one is impressively slow. 30+ mins for an iced coffee.
The coffee was essentially hot water. There were multiple items on the menu that weren’t available and wouldn’t have known unless a customer made loud comments. And they’re not really Dunkin, they don’t take gift cards or the rewards/QR. The guy running the shop, probably the manager, wasn’t the most versed in customer service. It all goes downhill from there, don’t go out of your way to go there.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the country. Slowest service ever which is astounding for an airport location
You wait in huge line and then they say can you wait 20 min for your food.
The wait for the simple coffee is too long and the coffee is really bad. The doughnut is fine though.
They don’t take Mobile orders, will not do the app / QR code for payment, so NO rewards, can’t use any offers, and by noon the donuts were stale. 2/22/24
Given that this market (San Jose) has so few DDs yet, there’s no way they are going to grow locations with this type of offering.
This location is in Terminal A. Near gate 6. It is always busy in the mornings when I've walked by. Donuts look fresh.
Maybe I'll try one soon.
There is another Dunkin counter in Terminal B, baggage claim area.
Today, 12/30/23 we waited for the Dunkin’ Donuts to open up. The 2 girls working the shop were sitting around talking until 6:10 am and they open at 6. One of the 2 girls, Jasmin, who was working the register was incredibly rude, displaying zero customer service skills. She literally makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. The donuts were not fresh, and the chais were a bit off. Paying $35 for three drinks and three donuts is insane!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mani, one of the managers. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that she doesn't like to waste donuts so she gave a couple extra to me which was super kind. Great customer service!
