Second time going to this at around 8:40pm and they either say that they don’t have bagels or their oven is turned off. Like, just turn it on maybe?
No greeting from staff. No instruction to use their tablet screen to order. I was standing there for a few minutes before I realized what I was supposed to do....
The last time I went to a Dunkin was in New York before COVID, but I used to love their hash browns. I got those and the breakfast sausage sandwich. Both were terrible and had the texture and temp of poorly microwaved food.
There were maybe 7 pieces of hash browns, filling the bag less than half way (see photo). The tasted like they had been fried an hour ago, and then microwaved for 20 seconds. Luke warm and soggy.
The sausage breakfast sandwich was worse. A few degrees warmer than room temp with cold cheese on top. More soggy than the hash browns.
I won't be going back.
Wouldn’t take order unless I came in person which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. So wasn’t able to get anything
Stopped for brunch , hashbrown sizes are like really small in size , else drinks were good
Good professional service.
Tried the new breakfast empanadas and it's pretty much a glorified breakfast pocket. Way over priced unless you use the app but the redeeming item was their hashbrowns.
Probably the best fast food hashbrowns I've had so get those if you do visit.
I’m convinced the employees here don’t know how to properly heat up hot food items. On more than one occasion, any hot food I order is typically cold. I’ve ordered breakfast wake-up wraps, mini bagels, hash browns and a chorizo and egg wrap. 9 times out of 10 the items are cold as if they’ve been sitting out.
One time I walked in to pick up a mobile order and it hadn’t been started because there was one employee training a new hire and their focus was on drinks. When I was asked if I was picking up an order, I gave my name and they started to make it. Granted, once it was finished being made, the hostess held my order in her hand and continued to help train the new employee. Once my order was handed to me, everything was cold. Quite ironic since it had just been made.
I’ve complained to corporate several times about these issues and it seems they go unresolved. Just know it’s a risk to order anything that requires actual preparation. You’re better off ordering donuts or going to a different location where service is better.
Corporate needs to be sent to this location. Workers are struggling to get orders out and its not fair to the customers or workers.
Really great location. Super fast service. Rarely have issues with ordering ahead, but always fixed if they are. Friendly workers.
A real local gem that has taken a lot of my business from sbucks.
Just wish I could order the midnight coffee for my cold drinks through the app 😎
Ordered of 2 dozen glazed donuts, confirming the order before pick up, but they delivered the wrong order (which was no accepted by the school as it did not meet their guidelines!). Also this place does not answer phone calls!
This store is a description of bad management, waiting time for food is insane place is empty sometimes not there not even a cashier to take your order.
The service is horrible 😫!!! Customer service is none existing 😪! And the place is empty.
Today I met with the Dunkin Princess at the 1477 Berryessa Road, San Jose CA..
very polite and I got a bag like I asked and she insisted the i use a box so the donuts don't get mushy. she pick them as if it was Gem's. Thank You Jayla.
