Hate the am/pm traffic makes getting to drive through really hard.
This is the worst dunkin. For some reason they lock their doors at 4 pm. The staff is unprofessional . I order a simple Dunkin’ wrap and the meat was frozen. They even argue with you “ oh we don’t out meat , we just warm the whole thing” seriously!! Not going there again. This franchise is a sinking ship anyways.
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was thoroughly impressed by the staff. From the moment I walked in, the team demonstrated exceptional customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive, making sure my order was correct and delivered quickly. Their positive attitude and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere, which greatly enhanced my experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. Kudos to them for making my visit enjoyable!

The lemonade was literally water that tasted like a lemon was next to in the fridge. The matcha latte was basically green milk. If I wanted water and milk I would have went to fodmaxx
Wrong order. Cold hasbrown. Ordered a hot drink, but served with ice

We used the drive through to buy two doughnuts for $2 a piece.
They didn’t even taste fresh.
I got a cream-filled and it wasn’t even 1/2 filled.
I’m glad I didn’t buy more since I couldn’t as it was the last one they had.
It was also smaller than I’ve had in the past.
Come on! What’s the cost to make one doughnut when you’re a mass producer? 5 cents?
It’s just some sugar, flour, water and a pinch of yeast?
And they wonder why their business suffers.
For $2 a piece they need to treat each doughnut as GOLD.
Where or where has that “once” great Dunkin’ name gone?
Burned to never return…
😤😢
Service was great and the donuts were delicious and not too sweet. Will definitely be coming back.
Food was good and staff was friendly. Nice and calm inside in order for me to write. There is access to bathrooms. Lobby does close around 3pm but that’s reasonable for the workers safety since it’s Sacramento.
It's posted on Google this location is open at 6am... showed up at 6:15am, still closed. No workers, no signs posted about different hours. What is up with that?. So, we went to a local donut shop instead. -- If Dunkin Donuts doesn't want to pay people what they're worth to work, then please take you business somewhere else. This misleading information leads to frustrated consumers.
