Dunkin'

Had bad experience ordered hot coffee, it was old. Had 2 repeat my order multiple times, 1 of the things I ordered they were out of, Then the cappuccino blasts tasted like 1 of the ingredients was spoiled & I called & they said they would let the manager know, that she would be in Saturday morning & I went in Saturday morning & the manager was out sick. I went in this morning asked for the manager, she was busy & they just replaced my drinks, why couldn't they have did that the morning the manager wasn't there? The same person made the cappuccino blast 1 was watery * the other super thick. I believe in supporting our local businesses but this isn't the 1st time I was dissapointed in this location. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING 2 this location

They will repeat your order back to you correctly, but then when you get to the window they will bill you incorrectly, and when you tell them the receipt is incorrect they will respond with “are you changing your order now?” Two drinks on the order, was handed one, then after waiting 2mins for another they looked at me and asked me what was I waiting for, I said my other drink, then they said they didn’t know what it was and I had to show them my receipt so they could make the correct drink…

English- At the Dunkin Donuts on Kirchoff in Rolling Meadows, someone treated me like a thief, as if I was stealing from them. I was just there to exchange a gift card I received for Valentine's Day, but they didn't load the money onto it. When I went to complain, a person told me - I don't know their name since they didn't give it, but they mentioned that maybe I had switched the receipt with another card I had. Im warning you guys not to buy gift cards there because the same thing could happen to others as it did to my daughter Spanish- En el Dunkin donuts de la Kirchoff en Rolling Meadows una persona me trató de ratera como que yo les estaba robando solamente fui a hacer un cambio de una tarjeta que me regalaron para el 14 de febrero y no le pusieron el dinero fui a reclamarla y una persona me dijo no sé su nombre si no lo ponía pero me dijo qué tal vez yo había cambiado el recibo de otra tarjeta que yo tenía no vayan a ir a comprar tarjetas porque les puede pasar lo mismo que la persona que me los regaló la Targeta les pueden robar

This place is a joke!! Nobody ever knows what is going on. They always mess up the order. Two weeks ago I pulled up and they said they couldn’t take any orders until 7:30am. Today the lady said she didn’t know what I wanted when I asked for a croissant stuffer. ITS ON THE MENU!!! Ridiculous!!

Customer service in this location is awful. The workers have no manners and just stare at you. No "Hi how are you" or "have a good day" just get your order and leave. Very unpleasant experience

WORST service ever!!! this place sucks....Think its new management.
