Service is usually friendly... Today not so much. Coffee was lukewarm closer to cold. Croissant sandwich was crushed and I'm not sure why. The sandwich presentation is the same at other locations also IDK if that's how the franchises are being trained but it needs to change! Hashbrowns were also not hot. Unfortunately we weren't able to go back to the drive thru due to time restraints.
The young gentleman at the drive thru was so patient and welcoming
I am sitting in the Dunkin Donuts right now as I do this rating. I've been here about an hour killing time during my wife's medical appointment. My impression is thatt he one-star ratings are unjustfied. The employees are cheerful and responsive. The breakfast sandwich was great.
I went there and their scanner was broken they forgot one of my bagels I paid in cash and now I’m calling them and they aren’t answering the phone
Staff needs some training on customer service.

The workers here will spit in your drinks, ignore and act like they don’t see you, or talk to you rudely… and by the way don’t bother to call because they clearly don’t care at all about customer service that they don’t even have a working store phone truly one of the worst dunkin stores besides the other one closer to me.. whats new.
