Dunkin'

I ordered on line, but when I went to puck up (at the time I was supposed to) there was nothing left. They tried to refund but the machine did not work with my phone. They asked me to bring the physical card, which I did several day later, and they denied the refund since they had lost the receipt. They promised to call, which dis not happened. I went again (4th time) to the store and no one knew about this. This is really bad. It’s not much money, but if they take money without delivering, it is not real business. I sent a complaint to the company, and no response either. Be careful with ordering on line.

The food was there - but coffee was delicious. Still the best coffee around.

Service needs to improve drastically. The store is out of stock on items way before closing time.
