I can't thank the young man for helping me and providing outstanding service. He made my night

Two new employees running the shop. No one else. 20 minutes to make 2 drinks. Both drinks were made wrong. 12/30/23

EDIT:Seems that have finally found some reliable staff and have been great for the last couple months! Go to the drive through at 730am..."we're closed" Meanwhile two employees are outside giggling sharing a "cigarette" There's a couple great employees here that are dragged down by a ton of terrible ones. This place is in DESPERATE need of MANAGEMENT. Brand new store that constantly has trash in the parking lot, stickers all over the new screens from taping up what they are out of/what hours they feel like opening that particular day. It's a 50/50 shot you get what you want/they have what you want....good luck.

So this dunkin has always been in a problem in my life. So my man and I first learned about this dunkins problems when we pulled through the drive through i asked for my normal dunkin order. A strawberry dragonfruit refresher and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The girl tells us shes not making food today i asked why not she said because she doesnt feel like it. So my man pulls around and tells her she cant do that. She proceeds to yell at my man and tell us she can bc she a manager. Long story short we called corporate filed a complaint they contacted the store the store manager called me saying she was not a manager and that i will get my whole meal for free next time which i never did bc i never went back. On top of that i have been doordashing dunkin for a little bit now. I didnt realize till today thats the dunkin they werr going to. My order is ALWAYS incorrect. They opened today at 6 when i ordered at 615 when dasher got there at 620 they said they are out of apple and orange juice. HOW? You just opened. So i told him forget it and ill just get my money back then when i got my order my croissant sandwich egg was undercooked and my croissant was hard as hell. I was so mad. They are lazy and dont care about their job or peoples food. So i will not be ordering through doordash again since i know where its coming from now!

I don't know if they are running out of ingredients but ordered a MEDIUM Matcha latte and the cup was filled 3/4 of the cup. Not the first time its happens either.

So I walk in and try and place an order but the ignorant female was too busy ringing up her own stuff to take my order, so then when they finally did it was nothing but attitude and ignorance. If you dont like your job find somewhere else to work but stop being a complete douche to the customers who are paying for you to get a paycheck. This has been multiple times now so I won’t be coming back to this one. I’ll gladly wait at the 5th st location where they least have respect for their customers.

I've been to this location multiple times and the kind of experience you'll get depends on who is working. There are a few good employees here who are polite and make drinks correctly, but unfortunately the rest of them don't. They only care about being on their phones or talking to each other while ignoring you. And when they do take your order they act like you're the biggest inconvenience in the world. Then make your drink totally wrong. They don't seem to follow any recipes they just throw whatever in a cup and sell it to you.
