I love the employees I go here often they are always so nice

After donating blood through the Red Cross I was given a coupon for Dunkin. The slob behind the counter looked at it and said that were not on the list even though it said Berks County on it. Screw you and your fake doughnuts.

Update 2/6/24 8:05 am. I ordered a hot coffee with sugar. I'm not sure if you ever made coffee at home and went to put a filter in the coffee maker and found an old filter with coffee in it from a previous time you made a pot. The grounds had white fuzzy mold on them, and you threw them away and just quickly rinsed the part that holds the filter and grounds in it. Well if you have an ran a pot of fresh coffee thru the coffee maker you know the taste I'm getting at that taste taints your coffee maker unless you run vinegar through otherwise it has a dirty taste which best describes my coffee this morning. Not to mention there were 3 cars in front of me, and it was about a 15 min wait in the drive thru. I took 2 sips of coffee and dumped it it was some of the worst coffee I ever drank or tasted.

This Dunkin is in need of help. The workers are a bit rude. The food is also pretty bad. I love Dunkin but it’s felt like a waste of money lately.

I stopped mid afternoon, & asked at the drive thru if they served breakfast sandwiches all day, & the guy responded “yes”. I responded, “ok, I’ll have a sausage egg and cheese on croissant…” and then they guy cut in with, “you know, if you like having breakfast in the middle of the afternoon”, which I thought was weird and rude. I placed my order but ended up just leaving without it because the attitude was apparent, & why spend my money here when I can go somewhere else to get a cup of coffee and a quick sandwich? This isn’t the first time I have been surprised by the lack of professional behavior at this location. Based in the reviews, this franchise won’t last much longer.

I did a Mobile order yesterday I ordered a xl hot tea with extra cream extra sugar got to work it was coffee. I called the number multiple times and nobody answered and the voicemail it full. So I go in today speak to someone tell them what happened he said ok I will get you another one. No I’m sorry nothing. My fault I didn’t check get to work it coffee again!! NOW I JUST OPEN MY SANDWICH WHICH IS A PLAIN BAGEL WITH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE NO EGG AND IT HAS AN EGG ON IT!! Pissed and Very disappointed!!

Incompetent employees who move at the speed of snails and are generally rude. I used to frequent this DD regularly. Now I avoid it completely.
