We placed a mobile order, the drinks were fine but we were missing half of our food and my egg bacon and cheese biscuit was a slice of cold cheese on a cold biscuit no egg or bacon. This got remade and now that we’ve already driven off we realize all of our food is cold like not even microwaved it is freezing cold my empanada is almost still frozen this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts
The best customer service! We had a bit of a long order, but Haley was so kind and efficient the whole time in the drive through.
She greeted us with a warm smile and patiently assisted us in choosing our favorite donuts. She even offered us a free cup of coffee for being first-time customers. Thanks to Haley, our late night donut run turned into a delightful experience. We will definitely be back!
Thanks to the nighttime staff, notably Haley, this Dunkin' is hands down the most elite Dunkin' in the entire Coastal Empire. Haley made sure myself and my group had a great experience. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. 5 stars is not a high enough rating. I wish I could give at least 12 stars.
The staff is ok I went to the drive thru area and this guy threw my bag in the car and shut the window.
Ordered 2 lg coffees with 1 Splenda. Trusted the very friendly workers. Got back onto the road & when I took my first sip it was EXTREMELY sweet. The receipt said 4 Splenda. My hubby & I both had to trash our drinks.
I love this Dunkin and I am a regular. Except today when I came through the drive thru, a young blonde who didn’t have a name tag but a gulfstream shirt on was taking care of us. Through the process, she kept the window open and was very rude to her fellow coworker, Mr miles which really made me upset for mr miles as you can see he was still barely new and it definietly bothered him! I couldn’t believe my eyes when the lady taking care of me snatched the ticket from his hand after telling him to “remember if there’s two people up here one person should be taking and making the orders and the other one should be stocking” Mind you, she wasn’t the quickest to taking our order. I just thought I should speak up for him!
I wasn’t in the greatest of moods when I pulled through the drive thru, but the moment the person took my order to when I got my food/drink the energy was absolutely fantastic. The workers there put a big smile on my face and it was greatly appreciated. I would like to see more of that energy. Keep it up :)
