Placed an order through the app this morning to pick up inside. Get to the store & a sign says lobby closed use drive thru. If you have to close your lobby at least close down the app ordering for walk in to pick up your order. This is so frustrating..... and it'd not the 1st time it has happened.

I have to update my review for 2024 because the new staff is amazing. Most everyone I know quit coming to this Dunkin for years, but the last couple of weeks I have been impressed and will keep returning.
