Dunkin'

I'm giving a one star because there is no option for a no-star... This evening, I stopped at this particular DD and ordered my usual decaf coffee. My order was taken as usual at the drive-thru and seemed nice. When I get to the window, I am told they have no decaf coffee because not enough customers order decaf. I proceeded to say, but my order was taken at the window for a decaf. Worse part is....the person I was talking to at the window says (and I quote), "we can add water to your coffee." What?! Are you kidding me?! I am an avid DD customer and have been to many, and I mean many Dunkins as I am always on the road for my job. I have always been treated nicely and never had issues but after tonight, I will have to think about going to another DD.

Hardly ever go to Dunkin, we were in a rush and it was convenient. This one, the food was really bad. Got a sausage egg and cheese bagel. The taste was horrible. The bagel tasted like old flour was used to make it. My wife took one bite and spit it out, I got two bites out of it then tossed it. The hashbrowns were also greasy and gross. Like the oil wasn't hot enough. Stay away.

Nice quiet Dunkin location. If you enjoy the quiet, you will enjoy sitting inside. If you want quick service, go through the drive-through. They serve the folks in drive-through much quicker than if you are inside where you’ll be waiting for a while before you get catered to.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the first time, and was accused by the owner of stealing a coffee the week before so he said he was refusing to let me order anything until I paid him what I owed. He was angry and hostile, and it was extremely insulting and uncomfortable. I would never steal from any establishment!
