Indian ☕️ Bad customer service

Only go if you have patience. Lady charged me for the wrong order twice. Even after pointing at what I wanted for 5 minutes.

This is literally the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Super fast, order is always correct, extremely friendly. Start to finish, always incredible.

The workers are friendly and courteous to all. I will only get my xtra large hot coffee from Dunkin'

The manager had a huge attitude this morning as I was trying to resolve a payment issue! Literally he was raising his voice and was not listening to my issue.

I don't really go to Dunkin Donuts however I was given a gift card so I Tried the Mango Green Tea Refresher. The lady was very patient, explaining as I chose what I wanted. It was very good. Light and not to sweet. I have since then had 2 more 😆!

How can you sell this tiny old donut. Shame on you

Nasty!!! Asked for cream and sugar, the whole thing was cream and sugar. Next drink no cream and sugar. Person working is talking to themselves the whole time. Top it off, wouldn't let a child use the bathroom.... so they used the parking lot... won't be back.

Food and drinks were 10/10 - however, the staff had attitude out of nowhere (tan girl with curly dark hair). Unprompted and distasteful

I had a very courteous and timely service. Got in and out quickly, which was a big plus for me.
