Dunkin'

Today I ordered a cookie butter cold brew that had hair trapped in the lid of the cup. I was headed to work and the furious. I called the location multiple times with no answer. I’ve had issues in the past but never hair in my food. They need to be wearing hair nets when preparing food.

Tea was old. Hash browns were cold. Sitting there waiting all that time, the food should at least be hot. Also, with the increased pricing of everything, everything should be fresh and made to order. Not old tea from yesterday and hashbrowns that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Does dunkin not care about 'fresh'food? America runs on cold, room temperature, hard, stale products SIGH

I tried to buy some donuts just before the store closed, but the two young employees behind the counter had already shut the entrance and were preparing to leave for the day. I also saw a woman with a child leave empty-handed just before me. Please consider adjusting the posted hours. What’s the point of having the store close at 8:30 if customers aren’t allowed to place orders at 8:25?

Terrible customer service, employees need improvement.

Aside from the staff being very rude, my order was incorrect. Unfortunately I didn’t find that out until after I got to work. In general, the food quality here is so-so, and the customer service is consistently awful. It’s not worth giving them multiple chances to improve. My recommendation: save your money!

Horrible customer service and disrespectful. They are rushed and don't pay full attention, are rude, make mistakes and refuse to acknowledge them. There are other options nearby, so it's the last time we'll spend money here.

Just ordered 3 shots of expresso. They gave me maybe 2 shots in a small cup. The customer service is not good as well.

The drive thru people are extremely rude!! They rush you and get your order wrong. The employee RAM is very rude. Horrible Dunkin go somewhere else.
