Dunkin'

Not the best experience at all! Ordered 3 croissant and egg sandwiches and one wake up wrap no egg! I got 2 wake up wraps with egg on them 2 croissants no egg! I repeated the order twice and she still didn’t get the order right had to get a refund for one wake up wrap get all the way back to Volkswagen across the street open up the food sandwiches are still wrong! Next time I get my car serviced o know to grab food in advance I hate waiting money for convenience

the girl who worked sun morning around 10 am, she was blonde with blue eyes, she was AMAZING!!!!! me and my friend came in, she gave us an amazing reccomendation, and was so sweet about it at all!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!

if i could give them 0 stars i would. they handed me the wrong order twice. they never give me the right order. i’ve given them several chances… the morning ladies were chit chatting by the drive thru instead of focusing to get the order right. the lady at the window who handed me my wrong order was extremely lazy to extend her arm out it was absolutely ridiculous. AVOID THIS PLACE

My coffee was made in correctly and when I came back to get it fixed. The Indian lady said it’s because I didn’t ask for cream and sugar. I got an medium iced macchiato with six caramel swirls and six French vanilla. It taste bitter as if the only put half the amount of what I asked for. Every other Dunkin’ I’ve been too never made it where it taste bitter. It’s just the lack of integrity for me. I wouldn’t recommend unless getting something extremely basic.

Ordered ahead, had no issues. Friendly customer service and a very clean place
