I love dunkin donuts I just wish the staff were a little less grumpy and alot more personable.

The manager there is so rude They rang up my order wrong, and she didn’t even give me a chance to speak she, she literally shut the window in my face and said we find the error They are so unprofessional they need to be closed now someone needs to call corporate That’s the third time going there an that Manager has given me an attitude For no reason she needs to find a different job out of customer service. She has a miserable look on her face like she is just waiting to pick a fight with her customers

i ordered an iced coffee at first, said i wanted to start over and do cold brew instead, and they end up making both the iced coffee and cold brew. i didn’t know what to do so i just took both. homegirl says “you didn’t pay for that, you need to pay for that, you know that right?” im non confrontational so i say ok fine lmao whatever. i scan my card and walk away, already annoyed at this lady’s energy. not even a second after payment goes through she’s saying my payment isn’t going thru. yes, maam, it did go through, you just have a complex right now. first off, why do they make stuff before it’s even paid for? make it make sense. gas station dunkin’s suck anyway.
