We use this coffee shop regularly in spite of the terrible service . Lately one of my coworkers has been having an issue with one employee there. This employee has been harassing my coworker when she goes to get the food that we order under the excuse that he has to make sure she’s not stealing someone else’s order. Not only they don’t give you a receipt unless you ask for it, but this certain employee can’t seem to understand that there are limits to how you treat other people. Even when I have ordered in the mobile app which is pre paid he’s done that to my coworker. I already filed a complaint but just letting everyone else know about this particular store and how their customer service is. Not one person in charge came to the front to see what was the issue when my coworker confronted this guy. I will post the picture of the order.
The service gets worse at this location by the day. Every time I am in there all of the other customers look pissed. I just waited 16 minutes in the store for an online order. Another customer was there on her lunch break and commented it was over in 5 minutes and she still hadn’t gotten her food.
This location is awful. 90% of the time the orders take FOREVER. I’ve placed orders on the app and had to just leave without them because I would miss a bus or be late for work. Today I ordered on the app while I was in the store and there was one customer. After the employees helped that customer, I sat there for 5 minutes thinking they would be working on my order since there were no other customers. Another customer came in after 5 minutes so I got up to check for my order- it hadn’t even been started. I waited 10 minutes in total and got a stale bagel and a pile of mush where hash browns were supposed to be. You’d think for hash browns that took 10 minutes they’d be a little neater.
They need to train their staff better. Ordered a box of six donuts, and they charged me before I could pick the donuts. Then when it turned out two of the donuts I wanted were specialty ones, they couldn’t figure out how to charge me the difference and wound up only giving me 5 donuts. Just letting me pick before charging me would have solved this, even the manager would not help.
Just started working in the area and these guys have gotten my order wrong both times I've been there. Just went there to get a medium peach refresher and the woman made a berry one and put it out. Obviously wasn't mine but she snapped at me and told me to leave. Horrible service go somewhere else.
Bad location, came in at 9am on a Friday donuts stale, with barely any frosting. Wasted money and won't be coming back.
Worst dd service I have ever experienced and I tried multiple times. Go elsewhere.
