Only two people working there, machines were very loud. Employees were very efficient. Iced latte was good as always.
Better be prepared to spend 30 minutes in the drive thru. Attitudes always when you finally get to the window.
Attitude constantly! When I go here I don’t want attitude I want service and that’s not service. When I go thru the drive thru or inside I don’t need you judging my order and that’s all I get. I work for a car wash and when I order a dozen donuts don’t look at me like I’m the one eating them all. Especially when I come in with my uniform on. Or when I order a drink don’t stop and say “that won’t be good” Make my drink and stop making comments. And I always get light ice and they constantly give me a full cup of ice. Acting like they didn’t hear me. Absolutely ridiculous! I’m paying same price as Starbucks and I get this bad of service?! No thank you! Btw drive thru girl your service sucks
Order is consistently wrong and I never Order anything complicated. I also always Order ahead and it's never ready by the time I arrive at the store. What's the point of Order ahead? Today I ordered a large iced Decaf mocha with oatmilk. They gave me a frozen, blended medium coffee. Not even close to being right
This is ridiculous for my donut to look like it’s been eaten . I have worked in food industry before and I would have never given someone food that looks like this.
Of course, donuts are wonderful! We had sour cream and sprinkles. We were just passing through :)
