Dunkin'

Should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee at 1:44 in the afternoon. Would 1000% give this location 0 stars if google let me.

I couldn't tell you how the food is but their donuts are always fresh and I'm in l9ve with their frozen coffee with whip cream of corse! They know what I want before entering the store and that makes me feel great. Not many places are like that anymore.

Slow service but always cheerful. It's Dunkin! Update, the staff has really improved their turnaround on orders at the drive thru! Now cheerful AND efficient! 😊

There needs to be more people on safe. I've been here plenty of times in the morning and only two people working? That's insane. You need more staff!

This is the closest dunkin for my drive to work but now I go all the way to kinnelon because of how bad this location is. The food is always cold. The drinks are never right. The last straw was when I ordered a large coffee with 1 cream and I got a cup of what tasted and looked like waterey milk with sugar in it. It didnt even remotely resemble coffee or taste like coffee at all.

Me and my family stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, kids ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps and sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. There was no eggs, I ordered a Bagel Twist warm, by the time I got to the window to pick it up I asked the girl for napkins, she looked at me with an attitude and like I was from another planet. Took off to realize that the cheese was taken out of the wrapper and put on the wraps, not melted or warmed. The Bagel Twist was frozen, and no sugar on the coffee, and the coffee tasted burnt. Worst service ever. Do not go!

Workers don't care, took 10 min. to get a cappuccino with no line.

Normally have no issues here. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Service is quick. Great for my morning commute. But several times the staff had handed me the wrong order (I usually other from the app). I've wasted money and points. By the time I realize, I'm too far down 23 to bother making several u-turns to get it fixed. Please just look in the bag before handing off anything. I can't tell what's wrapped in there to know if it's right.

Drive thru attendant (female) was rude and had No customer service!

Never seems to have espresso. As one of the most popular items you would think they would be able to order enough to get by until the next shipment arrives
