This has to be one of worst dunkins mind you they cost more then the better Dunkins and the food taste like freezer not warmed up properly service is slow they always dont have something you want . They definitely need to be reevaluated send corporate down asap

The workers are very nasty they won’t let you use the lady room only the men’s and that’s disgusting tissue on the floor on the toilet seat and when I ask to use the ladies room I was told in a nasty disrespectful way that it’s only for the workers so I got smart back and walked out didn’t want them making my food don’t kno if they was gonna cough on it it’s very nasty workers

One of the worst Dunkindonuts they don't welcome customers they don't care about orders they ignored you the hold time you in the store never feel welcome.

Went into this establishment today and was very disappointed, I'm usually disappointed coming in here because the food is often burnt and the drinks often watered down but today was my breaking point. Staff there is very rude, ghetto and lack professionalism. There is always a long wait even if there is no customers in the store or drive-through. If you go in for an online pick-up you will be standing there for at least 10-15 minutes without someone even acknowledging you, even though they look you directly in the eyes and when you do ask for assistance the staff will catch an attitude with you and act like your bothering them. Staff is often socializing with friends that come in to see them instead of prioritizing customers. I ended up canceling my order and leaving.

Delivery driver here. Service is atrocious at this location. Long wait times, no one helps you even if they look right at you, and told me they didn’t have one order when in fact it was only one item. Avoid
