Dunkin'

I usually order in app and it's usually waiting once I arrive.

This location is always out of caramel and whipped cream. And donuts by 10am. I’ve stopped coming here. Not worth my frustration. Ned to get their act together.

For some reason the hardest thing in the world to do is get an order correct and give the customer the items they asked and paid for....apparently at Dunkin they can give you some of what you ordered then they can just add whatever they feel like adding or change whatever they feel like changing without approval but while the items that were ordered and paid for are in stock and visible. I had already vowed to never waste another $7.90 on coffee that is beyond the worst coffee I've ever had in my life, I've never gotten a coffee from here that hasn't tasted like it had been burnt, brewed again with another batch of burnt coffee and then left to burn, cool, and be burnt one more time. Today is the last time my money will ever be wasted on items I didn't ask for and aren't even close to what I ordered, I will GLADLY drive the extra 10 minutes to Florence and buy my donuts from Krispy Kreme or better yet Yummies, at least theirs arent a mass produced recipe and are REAL and they don't mess your order up just for fun or out of sheer incompetence and lack of ability to do something correctly. Kindergarteners with ADHD follow instructions better and more thoroughly than grown adults at Dunkin do. The name should be changed to Flunking because that's clearly the MO here

Their hot coffee is the best! The donuts are good too.

Here recently can’t even get inside when the manager is there by herself. I don’t like the impersonal feel of drive thru and prefer to go inside and sit down for a few to enjoy my coffee before starting my day. Ever since Paige left the place just isn’t the same and that can’t even go inside. I hate that I can’t enjoy this anymore.

My most recent visit was one of my best. I was having a rough day and stopped by for breakfast and coffee. The lady working the drive thru was so upbeat, happy and even sang. She completely changed my day. I want her to follow me around and be my motivational speaker from now on. Lol

So happy we have one & another is being built in Florence. I've always preferred it to its biggest competitor. Great customer service. Out of donuts I ordered so gave me the last few they had free before closing. Manager is fantastic @ making & Suggesting their version of what their biggest competitor has. Just ask! I asked for their version of a frapp. Perfect & inexpensive. Update: terrible customer service. The place is never opened as advertised. Drinks taste completely different, depending on who makes. The place can open a year now and I’m updating my review and Im not recommending. Very unfortunate. I usually prefer this chain over other chains. Hopefully they will have new owners or start over.
