If I could give them negative points I would. Ordered online last night for a meeting at 8:15 this morning. At 7:59 I get a message the order has been canceled and it’s too late to order elsewhere. Tackiest thing I’ve ever experienced from a nationally known brand. Do better.

Very disappointed in the red velvet specialty donut. Spent 2.09 for a donut that looked like glaze not frosting. Don't waste you money, I sent a Pic to my daughter and she not to go to foxcroft and that donut doesn't look like the red velvet on Edwin Miller.

Drove through to get some ‘yumkins’ (munchkins). They were fast, fresh, and tasty.

If you think just ordering from here is the worst imagine working there. worked there for under a month was already on the 2nd manager. Rude mean crew members that never help new people. I argued with almost every girl I worked with because just like they’re customer service they’re the worst! Inside and out! Everything about this place sucks! Down from the coffee to the manager brandy. Tia is the only sweetheart angel in that building.

The workers listen well and are courteous. I ordered a macchiato caramel with an extra shot of espresso.

Great price and a delicious drink, I have no idea what the girl was going through yesterday but she sure was not friendly....

No acknowledgment when I walked in. Took 15 minutes to get my food that they forget. 7 people were working and no one could figure anything out. By the time I received my food it was already cold.
