I probably have the easiest order 90% of the time and somehow it’s still wrong, i know i’m typing it on correctly considering it’s literally on the sticker when i do my mobile orders. I used to work for dunkins and never have i ever treated customers the way they treat theirs. brown ave has always been rude in all ways.
I’ve had multiple coffees that were not made the way they were told and displayed on the cups. Not sure how you mess up basic instructions? I spend over $20 here, around 3-4 times a week. Also, I ordered a few blue raspberry energy punches within the last few weeks and every time they taste VERY flat. I got annoyed with it and called for a replacement, but because I went out of town for two days. They said “there is nothing we can do”. Didn’t even attempt to make it right. We will go to a different Dunkin’s where they follow simple directions and honor their customers money. Very rude employees too. They always have an attitude when you tell them they made something wrong and need a replacement. Last time i will be going here….

Terrible service says they're close at 10 o'clock. 3 people walking around inside with the doors locked And won't even look at you. At 8:45.

I went to order a drink and food and all I said the flavor and size of my drink and she cut me off gave me the total money that I owe and I didn't even get to any food, I will never go back there again very RUDE
