Very slow service

If i could give 00000 or negative i would-Never come to this dunkin, first off they have dumb kids that dont know how to work, brian and melissa mostly!!! They have no clue what they are doing, the manager is no help, has no brain either!!! Will keep putting up reviews, even if they keep coming down!!!!!!

2 stars because this location is the only location that still charges for non dairy milk alternatives. I go to the Liberia location and 2 in Fairfax owned by the same group. The others no longer charge for. Please fix. When I redeem point for a free coffee its not actually free at this location and it sucks having to Apple pay 55 cents. Meh

Four stars since I actually care about the improvement of this dunkin, you’re in a brand new location time to have a brand new attitude, don’t carry over the nonsense many people experienced at the last location. If you don’t like your job this is a free country you can choose to work elsewhere. It’s a job, you’re in customer service, you get tips for your service, so provide service. It’s very unfortunate as well, the owner of this dunkin spent so much money, rebuilding the new location, getting permits, marketing, like actually so much money. All for it to be washed away by some teenagers who are too cool to work. Have some sense of pride, it’ll help you in the long run, you get what you give in life. Fix the drive through btw
