Dunkin'

I got a few things to say about this awesome place near and dear to my soul. For starters, they always get my order perfect. I don't get anything hyper specific sure, but no coffee these days is as simple as a cup of Joe. And I know cuz I drink the stuff. Tastes fantastic☆ Then we got the service, the people are always very polite and kind. Must I say even professional and presentable. On phone call too! I called recently to ask about prices that Google didn't help with, and once more they gave amazing service. ♡ And finally, the food. Now I'm no diabetic, but those donuts put me in a happy coma everytime I get more then one. Please if you got the chance, treat yourself to this wondrous place. I know I will again :3 Kid-friendliness: If your kids aren't messy, you're a good parent and more than welcome to eat here. Enjoy a donut with ya patient gremlin with no worries.

Oh god I came back to give it another shot and it was even worse. The employees belong in a zoo it's so pathetic. 25minutes for a frozen coffee and a regular black coffee. 25 minutes! Lol, was told to pull "around to the front and wait" no one ever came out and the worthless lady working the window tried giving me the wrong order insisting that's what I ordered. Low and behold she had my order it was just bone cold and the other was just slush and they dumped syrup into it. Fix your employees or just close down. Thankfully there is another coffee shop right by. Avoid this hole and ghetto employees at all cost not worth the wait and price.

Came in on Christmas eve morning with my kid this morning. Asked for one of each donut in the display case, he said he had more variety in the back, then I asked for 2 dozen and a delicious hot chocolate for my kid, his choice. He ended up gifting us a 3rd dozen on the house. Omg, felt so special as we never go to get donuts, it was a surprise for my husband for Christmas. We paid the extra dozen forward to our neighbors. I wish I could have recorded her reaction and joy! She had lost her daughter to an overdose earlier this year and her mother just recently due to old age/injury. Sick with a cold, she had to stay back for her husband's get together with his mother (95) to be safe not to infect his mother for Christmas. She said it made her day as they barely splurge on donuts or anything of the sort. So thank you for the extra joy we were able to pay forward due to your random generosity. Just wanted to share. Hopefully you can forward this story to the person that gifted us this opportunity to gift us this opportunity!

Customer service was great. Ordered French vanilla iced coffee, which tastes like 99% water and 1% coffee. Not sure what changed, used to come here for coffee all the time. Very disappointed.
