I stopped by today around 11:10AM and got half a dozen of donuts, a kids white milk and a small decaf latte. Kaya helped us out. At first she gave me a chocolate milk, but then exchanged it when I mentioned I ordered the white milk. I never got a receipt. I left to run errands, not realizing till later that I got a black regular coffee, which I can’t drink! On my way back, I stopped by and told the manager what happened, showing her my coffee. She asked me for the receipt which I did not have. I told her that Kaya was right next to her and can confirm or look for it. She said it passed too much time since then (1:45PM) and she can’t do anything. Her attitude was not pleasant to say the least. When I told her I wasn’t planning to shop here any more, she said: “I hope you don’t!” This is the worst customer service I ever received from a manager on my dime! Shame on such poor customer service!
