Great coffee as usual I gave Atmosphere only 3 stars only because I miss the old style dining experience of the 70's and 80's. Being served by a waitress at your table with a ceramic mug with endless refills.Having a seating choice of sitting at the bar or table with a personal experience of feeling welcome to the restaurant.
Food was typical Dunkin Donuts food, coffee was hot. The experience was awful. Line in the drive thru was slow so I opted to go inside. Manager was yelling very very loud and rude at the employees and didn't stop even though a customer was in the building, it was disturbing. No one was friendly or welcoming. Hated having to use the kiosk to order my food. So much for the world of customer service. Next time I'll save my money and go to Publix at least the atmosphere is welcoming.
Forced to try and use a kiosk that is difficult to navigate while 4 people stood around behind the counter and didn’t bother to help. I will not be back to this location if forced to use a kiosk. It is very time consuming, especially when you know what you want and cannot get to the right screen. NO MORE DUNKIN business if this is how they choose to do business - I have a choice also.
Went inside to get a single doughnut, and they make you use the kiosk. You can only use a card and I did not have a card. Not one of the five people behind the counter could come and take my money. What has happened to Customer Service here in this world! Dunkin’ Donuts should be ashamed of themselves for refusing a customer that had cash!
Had a trailer behind me so drive thru wasn't an option. When I went inside the cash register was blocked off with a sign directing you to use a kiosk. When I asked how this is supposed to work when I'm doing a cash payment an employee told me they weren't taking cash. Very disappointed with Dunkin for going this route. Hell even using a kiosk at McDonald's or taco bell I can still pay with cash. I won't be back anytime soon!!
